I ordered two separate $79 Kiel tins for two separate parties on my online order. Neither party ever received their order. I received one box at my home by FedEx on Friday. There is still one box missing, and I spoke with somebody in customer service about this. I am very disappointed with the lack of communication and the lack of follow-through with your product. Customer service is always very high on my list. You guys really blew this one. I cannott give a solid recommendation, even though your product has been very good in the past. One of my employees buys me Kipples at least once a year. I knew that the packages wouldn’t arrive before Christmas and I informed the intended parties that it would be after Christmas. I have not received the second one yet to even give it to the second party. On my phone call last week. I was told it would be shipped out FedEx to my house. I have not yet received it
